We’re here for you.

We’re here for you.

We have created a safe place where anyone can come to receive compassionate, informative and practical support when affected by pregnancy or pregnancy loss.

Support when pregnant

Discovering you are pregnant is often a life changing moment.  Given other pressures in your life, you may be feeling overwhelmed and anxious by the news and not sure what path you would like to take. Perhaps you are thinking about all the plans you had for the future and wondering if this means none of them will happen.

Alternatively, you may be over the moon to find out you have a little one on the way. However, given the timing, you could really do with a helping hand…

Please know that we are here for you, and we care. No matter what your circumstances, you are invited to make an appointment with one of our friendly staff to explore your concerns in a non-judgmental and confidential environment.

Please know that when you walk into our centre you are met with love, respect and kindness. We will walk the pregnancy journey with you and will support you in any way we can during this season of your life.

Support after pregnancy loss

(abortion, miscarriage, still birth, ectopic pregnancy)

It can be devastating to lose a baby at any stage of pregnancy. You may experience a wide range of emotions that can include, grief, sadness, guilt and anger. You may feel lonely and isolated because you haven’t had the opportunity to express your feelings or had the acknowledgement of what you have been through.

Our society allows many rituals to help you grieve the death of your loved one, but there is little visible support for helping parents who have had a pregnancy loss. Society underestimates how painful it is and there may be no opportunity to openly mourn. However, it is essential to realise and accept that you have suffered a loss and that your heart needs to grieve.

At Pregnancy Assistance we have created a safe place in which your loss and grief is validated and you are offered unconditional support. When you are ready to come in and touch your grief, our compassionate counsellors will walk with you, you don’t have to do this on your own. We are only a phone call away.
